I don’t quite remember which episode but there was one episode where Sesshoumaru told Jaken to watch over Rin, and if anything should happen to her that he would kill him. This just proves that she means more to him then his first follower Jaken, and also that she means more to him then just some servant/follower.

Just the whole scene when Sesshoumaru goes to Hell to bring Rin back and thinks he failed and starts to kinda freak out… I… Started to cry so bad. xD I’m crying now!

I absolutely **LOVE** the anime moment of episode 35 where Sess cradled Rin gently in his arms after resurrecting her with his sword. *Jaken was soooo shocked!
If he wasn’t yasashii to begin with, he would have just stond by and see if the girl comes back alive. Instead, a flash of her smile came into his mind, he slashes his sword at her, then cradles her gently in his arm – the guy is genuinely yasashii alright.

Another was when he was fighting Jakotsu – he heard Rin fall from the bridge, he immediately abandons his fight with Jakotsu and wanted to go to Rin’s rescue – startling Jakotsu’s big time.

I thought that a cute one was when Rin was going to look for food and Jaken told her to come back.
But Sesshy told him to let her be. I also thought that another one was when in the manga he bent down and said “you’re .. alright now.
He had his hand on her face. I think that they would make a cute couple if she ever gets older.
Why don’t they make her older???

i like when kohaku says rin stopped breathing and sesshy’s mom says: so the girl stopped breathing-not to mention sesshomaru(u know, cuz of the shock that shes dead

I like this couple a lot. I thought that there was one moment out of the whole thing that I just saw in the manga. It was when Rin saw Sesshomaru and he saw her to but she got sucked up inside Naraku. But then later on they meet up again.

ahhh when Seshoumaru goes to save Rin after she was absorbed by Naraku and Byakuya says “going in to save his little girl without hesitation” She’s his little girl!!!!! =]

Episode 99 ” Sesshomaru & Kouga: A dangerous Encounter “. When Rin was gettin’ fish & the wolf tribe was there. Sesshomaru’s all like ” Weren’t u going to catch yourself sum fish? ” =^_^= & then when Jaken asked ” those are the men who attacked young rin you intend to let them go? ” Sesshomaru’s like: ” If he tried the same thing today i would’ve killed him “. (My opinion: ” i woulda killed his bitchasssss “. LOL

When Sesshomaru picks up Goshinki’s head and Rin starts screaming, and he says,”Enough of that Rin.Stop it.”

I love every single moment of theirs, seriously. <3 Even if it's just a quick or seemingly insignificant (verbal) interaction/moment, I can watch the part over and over again. I'm just so crazy over them lol. LOVE. <3

Some moments I can think of off the top of my head (and that others have yet to mention) would be:

- When Sesshoumaru returns from running into the Inuyasha crew while retrieving Tokijin, he asks Rin, "Rin, did you behave yourself?" *squeals* Doesn't it just seem so unexpected for someone like him to say (or even wonder, for that matter) such a thing? :P Then again we often get to see a diff. side of him BECAUSE of Rin, don't we? Heheh.

- The episode in which Rin gets kidnapped by Kagura (Naraku)– it starts out with Rin staring curiously up at the sky, then her stomach rumbles. Sesshoumaru notices and tells her that if she's hungry, she should go find some food by herself. She says okay and sets off. Then in the next scene we see Jaken pulling AhUn (sp?) by the reigns, with Rin sitting on it, saying something like, "Even though he told you to go alone, he made me go with you grr.." So LOL. And of course the whole episode is just all sorts of LOVE– Sessh. goes to save Rin from Kohaku, and when she's saved, he starts walking away (leaving) w/o a word to Rin, and she just gets up and follows after him. Just so spontaneously and casually. <3 And of course he doesn't say anything, because that's what he expects, that she'll just tag along like always. And Kagome and Inuyasha who are present are dazzled that he has a little girl companion haha.

- I love Rin's song for Sesshoumaru. She's sitting on a rock, waiting for him and Jaken to come back for her. When she finishes the song, Sesshoumaru calls to her, "Rin, we're leaving." Something about the way he said that to her made me squeal. It sounded so kind and.. gentle? Can't put my finger on the word, but it's something along those lines. Then Rin runs to follow after him & Jaken and continues the song in her head, and that's the end of the episode. A very nice, peaceful ending. I just love the thought of Sessh. dropping Rin off at a safe spot temporarily and then going back to pick her up later. It's so cute. <3

- In the episode "Forever With Lord Sesshoumaru"– after he saves her, he tells her, "Rin, do whatever you want." Basically telling her that she can stay (in the human village) or leave with him. Of course she gets up and follows him, showing no hesitation to the monk whose trying to convince her that humans/youkai don't belong together. And lets not forget the moment at the end of the episode where she asks him shyly, "One day when I'm not around anymore, will you remember me?" and the surprised look on his face followed by his answer, "Don't be foolish." Kekeke. <3

- The third movie "Sword of World Conquest" (or something like that) is filled with Sessh./Rin-ness, OMGGG. <3 Loveitloveitloveit. Sessh.'s father's evil ex-sword Sou'unga (lol) said (to its wielder) that Rin is like another Izayoi. Izayoi is Inuyasha's mother, and yeaaah, we all know how she was the Inu No Taisho's beloved ok. Squeeee, Rin is like Sesshoumaru's Izayoi, how adorable is that?! <3 (Now of course both of them won't have the same tragic deaths. XD) I believe that to be an implication that Sessh./Rin will indeed one day be together, and NOT the father/daughter relationship some people think it is. Blech.

Okokay, I really have to stop myself here haha. As you can see, I'm hopelessly IN LOVE & OBSESSED with this pairing. <3 *sigh* You know, I'll be angry if RT decides to keep the same ending for the pair for the anime as she did for the manga. That'd be sooo lame, grr.

Whoops, just wanted to correct myself. The first moment I listed up there, that actually happened after Sesshoumaru went to check out what happened with Inuyasha (when he heard about him transforming into a full youkai), in ep. 52.

And I wanted to add on to my post too..

- Rin named AhUn and Sesshoumaru acknowledges that, since he calls it by that too. I love that haha. :P And even though he already had it before Rin’s appearance, I like to think that he KEEPS it because of her lol. Because you know it keeps her safe and she can sit/sleep on it and such.

- I also love how despite the many times Sesshoumaru has had to go out of his way to save Rin, he doesn’t find her to be a burden at all. You’d think someone like him would find it troublesome or whatever, but nopeee, even after each time he saves her, he still keeps her with him. And it’s not like she helps him with anything (like Jaken sometimes does), she’s just kind of there, a companion. TECHNICALLY speaking, he doesn’t have any reason to keep her at his side. YET he still does. And that’s how dear and important she is to him. <3

Does anyone know where the episode is that she picks flowers for Sesshomarou?

The best thing in the whole series is how Sesshomaru goes out of his way to save Rin. I loved it when Sesshomaru saved Kohaku in the Underworld Episode and told him to not be a burden, and yet he goes to save Rin without hesitation or question.

I agree with Rina! I love every moment between Sesshomaru and Rin! I have read and seen them a lot and never get tired of it! What I wouldn’t give to have Rin’s life!

I know Rin will go with Sesshomaru and their sun bathed days of running through flower sprinkled meadows, rivers, fish catching, and starry nights will last beyond time because even when Rin must pass away, she will always be waiting for him and he will return to her as always no matter where she is.

An answer to medi’s question: Rin is shown picking flowers a lot. One such time is in “Jaken’s Plan To Steal Testusaiga”. She is holding flowers stating “I picked all these flowers for Lord Sesshomaru.”(something like that)

Thank you so much! :) And yep, she does have a big bunch in her hand in the episode where Jaken tries to steal Testusaiga, and she drops them when she’s helping him escape on Ah-Un….. It’s just so cute how she adores Sesshoumaru, and how he’s always protective of her.

Have they shown any Sess/Rin in the final act yet?

Asking to Rina, really? can you show me in the third movie, when the Sounga tells Takemaru that Rin is like another Izayoi? Pleasee! I don’t remember if that happens TT-TT

Btw, answering Shawn’s question: Yes :) there is some Sessh/Rin in Inuyasha: the Final Act (episode 9) when Rin is saved again by Sesshomaru and Sesshomaru’s mother. They’re so cute together :D

He acts tough and hard, but I bet he would have actually cried (be it in private or not) had his mother not brought her back. He ages so slowly Rin will catch up to him, and when that happens I bet that she’ll really bring out his gentle side.
