Moonlight Flower Terms of Service and User Agreement

By entering this site, you agree to the following:

1.  I will never intentionally post anything solely for inflammatory purposes, actively incite flame wars, or behave in any deliberately disruptive or knowingly disrespectful manner towards any Administrator, Moderator, or Member of the moonlight-flower.com community. If I do, I understand that I have forfeited my privileges as a Member, and that I have subjected myself to Account Deletion without warning, discussion, or notification
2. I certify I am over the age of 13.
3. I agree to truthfully disclose my age for viewing adult material in my area.
4. I will not copy, download and/or redistribute any material found on this site to anywhere or anyone, without express permission from the original Author
5. I will not post anyone else's work other than my own (unless I have obtained implicit permission, have plainly credited it to the original Author,). This includes (but is not limited to) anyone whose account has been previously deleted from Moonlight-flower.com. I understand that if I do so, my account (and any other accounts I attempt to create) will be suspended for an indefinite period of time
6. I understand that should I ever become personally affronted by (or no longer desire to view, for any reason) the content of this site at any time in the future, it will be up to me to depart Moonlight-flower.com, and not return. I understand that I will not be contacted by moonlight-flower.com or subject to its material ever again, should I make this choice.
7. I certify that I am not a city, county, state, federal, or foreign law enforcement officer or official entering this site for any other reason than personal entertainment. I will not enter this site for the purpose of entrapment, or gathering adult material as evidence for the prosecution (or harassment) of any individual or organization
8. I understand that if I falsely accuse another Member of any wrongdoing (causing that Member grief and the Administrators and Moderators of moonlight-flower.com unnecessary exertion), my account will be suspended for a period of time dependent upon the degree of my claim.
9. I will not post links to, or advertise, stories that are published only on another website if they are not also published with moonlight-flower.com
10. I will properly disclaim everything in my stories.
11. I will never publish a story containing a real life person.
12. I will not hold the Administrators of moonlight-flower.com responsible for data loss whether it be from technical problems or account deletion.
13. I understand that any threats of harm, whether physical or through viruses, hacking, etc., (whether the victim be a Member or moonlight-flower.com itself) will be dealt with to the fullest extent Federal Law will allow.
14. I understand and agree that the Administrators may change these terms at any time.
